We manufacture all panels that we supply, and therefore have full control of the panel manufacture process from timber selection through to final sanding and delivery.

We do not sell imported panels (unless market conditions or customer demand requires it).

All our panels are full-stave. Stave widths vary according to timber required. We do not manufacture or sell "brick effect" worktops.

We utilise different glueing technology depending on the panels required including RF Gluers, Wing-presses and even traditional sash-cramps.

We try to maintain stock on our more popular panels, particularly those used for popular furniture manufacture.

Standard Panel thickness 19mm 25mm 30mm 42mm 60mm in hardwoods and 12mm 18mm 25mm 30mm 42mm in softwoods. However we are happy to produce panels to any thickness within these ranges. Please enquire.
